You will receive an athlete questionnaire and profile form. This will provide us with complete information about you as well as past training and racing history.
Once in hand, we can determine your strengths and weaknesses. This will help in creating realistic goals to design the perfect plan for you.
We create such plan to help you on your path. We look to create blocks of 3 to 4 weeks so we can tweak things as your training moves along.
Then you are off and running…..(pun intended)
One Hour Consultation: Discussion of goals and how to reach them
Bronze: Two emails per month, Training Plans posted monthly, One Training Plan update per month, No device file reviews
Silver: One call and four emails per month, Training Plans posted monthly, Two Training Plan updates per month, Weekly device file reviews
Gold: Unlimited communication, Training Plans posted weekly, Four Training Plan updates per month, Unlimited device file reviews
