We offer four different types of personal coaching & training plans. Plans are customized and designed to cover any distance/event you are looking to train for.

  • Select a program below that you feel is a best fit for you.  Then contact us with your choice.

  • You will receive an athlete questionnaire and profile form.   This will provide us with complete information about you as well as past training and racing history. 

  • Once in hand, we can determine your strengths and weaknesses.  This will help in creating realistic goals to design the perfect plan for you.

  • We create such plan to help you on your path.  We look to create blocks of 3 to 4 weeks so we can tweak things as your training moves along. 

  • Then you are off and running…..(pun intended)

One Hour Consultation: Discussion of goals and how to reach them

 

Bronze: Two emails per month, Training Plans posted monthly, One Training Plan update per month, No device file reviews

Silver: One call and four emails per month, Training Plans posted monthly, Two Training Plan updates per month, Weekly device file reviews

Gold: Unlimited communication, Training Plans posted weekly, Four Training Plan updates per month, Unlimited device file reviews
